The Independence Day of India will be celebrated at the Embassy of India, Tokyo (Tel. 03-3262-2391) on 15^th August 2005 (Monday) as per the following programme.

9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.   Assembly of participants

9:30 a.m.   Flag hoisting ceremony - by Ambassador His Ecellency, Mr. Mani Tripathi

9:40 a.m.   Reading of President's address to the nation by our Ambassador

9:50 a.m.   Brief cultural programme followed by light refreshments

All Indian Community members are cordially invited along with their family members to attend the function.
